This bootcamp is focused on how to use AWS cloud services and not webdev frameworks.
We will use some frameworks, languages, etc. but the aim is to help participants learn AWS in enough details that they can both use it in their apps as well as use that knowledge to boost their resume and career prospects.
Primarily instructor-led, however, you can choose to self-pace your learning. Additionally, a Discord community will be created for the participants to interact with each other.
Each week a live class will be streamed where students can participate in real-time. You can also choose to self-pace your learning by watching the recorded sessions.
The 16-week bootcamp consists of:
- Weekly Live Sessions: Each week a 2-hour live session will be streamed. This will include explanation of concepts, instructions which students can follow and implement in their own account.
- Weekly Assignments: A new assignment that builds on top of previous knowledge and asks the participants to implements new learnings.
- Weekly Office Hours: A weekly mid-week open session for students to join and ask questions or get clarifications.

Requires basic knowledge of programming concepts in any language.
There are two sets of expenses that will be incurred:
- AWS Charges to the tune of $5-10 or less over the 4 months for using AWS Services. You may also end up spending some additional $5-20 on a domain name.
- Course fee is nominal and is only sufficient to cover the expenses of hosting and platform.
The total might end up being anywhere between $15-40 based upon your AWS Services usage and domain name.
The nominal course fee exists so that
- It becomes an incentive to actually spend time completing the bootcamp and not stop midway
- Act as a filter to weed out participants to are not serious and creates a better learning environment overall
If this were free it would be like thousands of other courses which people buy and never complete. If the nominal price is still unaffordable, you can reach contact us for an exception.
